Washington-based Vitas Group initiates rollout of TMX-DLP across multiple countries

Vitas Group operates a network of microfinance companies in Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Palestine and Romania. The group was launched by Global Communities, an international development not-for-profit organization with the goal of improving the livelihoods of vulnerable groups across the world.

With a growing customer base and need for scaling up existing microfinance operations, Vitas needed to streamline its loan origination processes. By equipping field loan officers with tablet devices running TMX mobility software that communicates with the cloud-based Digital Lending Platform, Vitas will be able to minimize the delays and inefficiencies in handling paper documents and significantly improve its loan decisioning process.
